Critical for New Clients: All required intake paperwork must be completed in full 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. The required forms are found by logging into the Portal.

Business Hours: To accommodate busy working adults and caregivers, I am available for weekend appointments. Communication, including phone, text, and email, will only be monitored during this time.
