At my core, I take a person-centered and deeply genuine approach. I believe people heal when they feel truly understood, not judged. I show up authentically, honest, and direct-because real changed happens when we stop dancing around the truth. I am straightforward but compassionate.
I draw from a range of evidenced-based practices- including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, and somatic strategies-tailored to your needs and goals.
